What do we do if it is raining on the day?
We can still detail your car if you have an undercover carport or garage. It will take a little more time for the upholstery to dry. We are also more than happy to reschedule your booking to better suit you.

We carry our own power on board, but access to a tap is essential.
Can I drive the car straight away?
Yes, if the seats have been shampooed they may be slightly damp for an hour so, but the car can still be driven.

No, many of our clients leave a key in a pre-arranged place. And once the detail is complete we are able to leave the invoice in the ca

Yes, all we need is enough space to open all the doors, room to park our van and permission form building manager or body corporate.

Is there an additional cost for removal of sap or pet hair?
Every car is different. If you like, we can spend more time in the interior and less time on the exterior or vice versa. But we can discuss your specific needs upon arrival.
How do I maintain the vehicle after it's been detailed?
Do bird droppings and tree sap damage my paint work?
Yes, anything that lands on your car can bond with the clear coat and can be baked on by the sun. If it is left to long it can sometimes take the clear coat or paint off with it when it is removed.
How can I keep my car looking good after it's been detailed?
Regular high pressure blast/rinse either at home or at the car wash will prevent brake dust build up on the wheels and contaminants bonding to the paint. The wax and polish will last months, but if any bugs, sap or bird droppings land on the paint, be sure to wash them off ASAP as they can damage the duco.

Do you remove vehicle signage and vinyl stickers?
Yes, we can remove signs and stickers with a heat gun and "rotary caramel wheel". We recommend a full buff cut & ploish after to even out the paint. Time and costs depends on many factors. Best to speak to us for more details.
